Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation time are free of charge. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the deposit will be charged. We appreciate your understanding to help us manage our bookings effectively.
Group Booking Rules
For groups of 6 or more, please contact us directly at least 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for groups over 10. We ensure a dedicated space for your group to make your event special.
